I started Happy Plate just trying great new food with my friends. I became tired of doing the same things all the time, being content with the ordinary here, the boring food there and the dreaded daily routine that can sink people everywhere. It’s my way of exploring the world through the many tastes Orlando and other culture hubs around the country provide.
Going into my final semester at UCF before the “REAL” world, I wanted to dedicate my days to exploring what’s around me and inspiring others to realize what is right down their streets. Making the most out of life is what Happy Plate is about. To bring people and food together in holy matrimony. My profit comes from inspiring others to take advantage of the sights, smells and culture wherever they are.
